Cancellation Policy
2014/15 WINTER SEASON
30% deposit of the total reservation to be paid on reservation.
Up to 30 days before arrival : no cancellation fees
Up to 21 days before arrival: 50% of the total reservation
Up to 14 days before arrival : 75% of the total reservation
Less than 14 days before arrival, no show and cut short stays : 100% of the total reservation
Period from December 27th 2014 until January 2nd 2015 : 100% deposit of the total stay to be paid on reservation. Up to 60 days before arrival, no cancellation fees. Less than 60 days prior to arrival, no show and cut short stays : 100% of the total reservation.
For deposit, all credit cards accepted (excepted JCB) or bank transfer.
2015 SUMMER SEASON
30% deposit of the total reservation to be paid on reservation.
Up to 14 days before arrival : no cancellation fees
Between 14 and 7 days before arrival : 50% of the total reservation
6 days and less before arrival, no show and cut short stays : 100% of the total reservation
Verbier Music Festival Period from July 17th until August 2nd 2014 : 30% deposit of the total stay to be paid on reservation. Up to 30 days before arrival, no cancellation fees. Between 29 and 21 days before arrival : 50% of the total reservation. Betwwen 20 and 14 days before arrival : 75% of the total reservation. 13 days and less prior to arrival, no show and cut short stays: 100% of the total reservation.
