The team of Nomad sushi have taken on the first floor of the acclaimed Nevai Hotel, newly refurbished 100 cover contemporary Japanese restaurant with a new larger hot kitchen.
The new menu will showcase modern Japanese cuisine with South American influences with fresh sushi by the Nomad staff, the new Sumibiyaki grill with use traditional Binchotan charcoal for flavour and serve grade 11 Kobe beef imported directly from Japan.
A take away sushi menu will also be available.
