Cancellation Policy
Included in all treatments is free use of our hammam and sauna area. You are welcome to come before or after treatments to enjoy this facility.
As the
Nevaï Spa is by appointment only your
appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and we request that you please review our cancellation policy.
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. "No shows" or last minute cancellations leave our
therapists with empty appointment times as well as other guests that cannot get in but could have made it.
